How to identify the level of reflective vest reflective fabric! Bright, bright and silver?
1、 Reflective cloth of reflective vest can be roughly divided into ordinary reflective cloth, bright reflective cloth and bright silver reflective cloth according to brightness, composite technology and color.
The light reflective cloth is gray, its glass beads have not been aluminized, and the reflective brightness is generally about 5-20. It is suitable for sewing light fabrics with low requirements for reflective brightness, such as reflective vests that do not meet the requirements.
The bright reflective cloth is silver gray in the daytime, and the aluminized glass beads on the surface can be clearly seen. The maximum reflective brightness can be more than 420 cd/lux/m, which is suitable for sewing on various reflective vests and other light fabrics.
The bright silver reflective cloth is metallic silver in the daytime. It uses aluminized glass beads, and the maximum reflective brightness can be more than 420 cd/lux/m. It is suitable for sewing light or medium fabrics with high requirements for reflective brightness and water washing, such as high-quality reflective vests or reflective jackets.
2、 Reflective cloth can also be divided into chemical fiber reflective cloth, TC reflective cloth, flame retardant reflective cloth, elastic reflective cloth, etc. according to different base cloth.
The chemical fiber reflective cloth is made of 190T polyester spun with 100% chemical fiber as the base cloth, which is lighter than the TC base cloth. TC reflective fabric uses 35% cotton and 65% chemical fiber polyester cotton fabric as the base fabric, which is thicker than chemical fiber.
Flame retardant reflective fabric can generally be divided into cotton flame retardant reflective fabric and aramid flame retardant reflective fabric.
The 100% cotton fabric after flame retardant finishing is used as the base fabric of the 100% cotton flame retardant reflective fabric, which is economical.
The aramid flame retardant reflective fabric uses aramid fabric as the base cloth, which is inherently flame retardant, and is suitable for fire clothing with high flame retardant requirements.
Elastic reflective fabric is made of spandex and chemical fiber blended fabric as the base fabric, which has certain elasticity and is suitable for sewing on various elastic fabrics.
